I lost my login or my password, what can I do?
To retrieve your password, click on "My Account" at the top right of the home page, then "Forgot Password". Enter your e-mail address and we will send you a new password by e-mail. You will then be able to access your account and customize your password in the "My Personal Information" section.
I wish to modify or cancel my order.
Everything depends on the status of your order. If your order is already under the status "preparation in progress", we can no longer modify it.
For any other request, please contact the customer service, with your order number and specify your request either by the contact form, or by email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
How long does it take to process my order?
The time of treatment, manufacturing and preparation of an order can be lengthened according to the ordered products and last between 2 and 3 working days. As soon as your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a confirmation e-mail, from this moment on, you can take into account the delays of the announced carriers.
Can I pick up my order?
You are visiting us in the 64 and you want to come and pick up your order. You are welcome at the address below from Monday to Thursday from 9am to 12pm and from 2pm to 4pm. A short phone call in advance will allow us to prepare your package in advance.

How can I use my promotional code?
First, remember to check the conditions of use of your code: minimum purchase, products concerned, validity period, etc. Promotional codes are not cumulative and not refundable. Please note that some codes are for one-time use only. If you have a promotional code, you can indicate it to us at the time of the basket by clicking on "Do you have a promotional code?", a window will open where you can enter your code and don't forget to click on "Add" to benefit from the discount.
Where to find the invoice?
Your invoice is available from the moment your order is shipped or picked up at the workshop.
You can find it in your Ferflex® account under the heading "History and details of my orders".
However, if you encounter a problem with the retrieval of your invoice, do not hesitate to send an email from contact form the team will be happy to help you!
Can I change the billing address?
You can select a billing address different from the delivery address. At step 2 of the checkout process, add and/or check the shipping and billing addresses to be applied to your order. Any modification to be made after the validation of the order must be done via the contact form.
What are the payment terms?
We offer several online payment options:
by credit card: Visa, Mastercard,

Cheques are not accepted.
We do not store any banking information.
My payment failed, what should I do?
We invite you to check your card numbers to see if your card has not expired.
You may also have exceeded your payment limit.
You have a defined time to authenticate your purchase with the 3D secure, once the time expired the payment is automatically refused.
If the problem persists, we invite you to contact us or your bank to know the reasons or to try with another card.
Is the Ferflex® site secure?
Yes, all payments made on the Ferflex® website are perfectly secure.
Bank details only circulate on the Internet in encrypted form and are coded in such a way as to be completely unreadable. Moreover, we do not store them. We have the 3D Secure, which allows to avoid frauds by controlling your identity.
Where are Ferflex® products manufactured?
All our products are made in France.
The wallpapers, paintings and magnetic games are made in our workshop in the South West of France. If you want to know more, we invite you to browse our French Manufacturing page.
Do you make custom-made products?
Yes, we can adapt the size of our magnetic wallpapers to your project. Do not hesitate to contact the Ferflex team at contact form for any questions. We recommend that you specify the desired dimensions, the type of adhesive (permanent or repositionable).
What is the difference between magnetic wallpaper and magnetic paint?
Ferflex® was created following remarks from customers about the ineffectiveness of magnetic paint. Indeed, only strong magnets adhere to magnetic paint. As a specialist in magnets and magnetic solutions since 1985, we have developed a product with significant magnetic power. What makes us different from magnetic paint? The ferrous particles present in Ferflex® are distributed in a dense and homogeneous way, thanks to this you will be able to fix all types of magnets on our magnetic wallpapers and paintings.
Are magnetic repositionable boards and wallpapers really repositionable?
Our magnetic boards are equipped with a repositionable adhesive composed of micro suction cups: easy to install and remove, without bubbles and without glue residue. Guaranteed for multiple repositionings by the manufacturer provided that the adhesive is not exposed to dust, dirt or too much heat.
If you move or want to store your Ferflex®, remember to keep the protective film on the adhesive to prevent the repositionable adhesive from collecting dust. Please note that it is imperative to keep your magnetic board or paper either flat or rolled up on the black side outside, away from light, heat or cold.
Can I write with chalk or a chalk marker directly on my black magnetic board or wallpaper?
We recommend writing on our wallpapers and black magnetic boards with a liquid chalk marker for optimal writing. You can find a chalk marker on our site right here or the Woody pencils from Stabilo. We also recommend Uni or Posca chalk markers (make sure they are erasable chalk markers and not markers). To erase, you will need a soft cloth or a microfiber that is barely moistened. We cannot guarantee that over time there will be no marks from writing on your Ferflex®.
If you want to write with chalk, it is possible that it will leave marks because we tend to press harder with chalk. Also, we find that chalk emits a dust that always leaves a film. Remember the chalkboards we had in school as children?
Finally, if you want to keep a clean surface, we recommend using our magnetic slates available in black (writing with chalk) or white (writing with dry erase marker) which can be easily placed on your Ferflex® or any other metal surface to write notes...
Can I write with chalk or a chalk marker directly on my chalkboard or colored board?
⚠ CAUTION: For colored boards, you can only write with Woody pencils from Stabilo. To erase, you will need a soft cloth or a micro fiber barely moistened. We cannot guarantee that over time, there will be no marks from writing on your Ferflex®.
Is Ferflex® easy to cut?
YES. This is one of its strengths: its ability to take the shape and size of your choice! So get your scissors or cutter.
Can all types of magnets be magnetized in it?
YES. All Ferflex® wallpapers and magnetic boards have a very strong magnetic power and work with all magnetic accessories.
How much weight can wallpapers and magnetic boards support?
Ferflex® magnetic wallpapers and boards, whatever adhesive you choose, can support any weight and will not tear or peel. What is important is the strength of the magnet which will determine the weight of the object you will be able to attach to your wallpaper or magnetic board.
Note that for repositionable wallpapers and magnetic boards, some heavy objects can peel off the wall support where the object is attached.
How do I keep my colored board or magnetic poster?
Posters and magnetic boards must be kept:
- rolled up with the printed or colored side out. It is advisable to keep your poster or board rolled upright in the original packaging. Do not put weights on the rolled up poster or picture, as this could damage it.
- flat in a dark, dry place. Remember to protect it so that it does not get damaged.
My colored board or magnetic poster does not magnetize properly?
If the posters or magnetic boards take a bad fold, it is possible to "corner" them delicately in the other direction so that the poster or the board resumes its initial position.
These supports have a "shape memory", if they are not rolled in the right direction, they will not be able to be correctly put back on your magnetic board or other metal support. In this case, you have two options:
- Roll up your magnetic board or poster for a minimum of 48 hours with the colored/printed side out preferably vertically and in its original packaging.
- put your colored coating or poster flat with weight on it if possible. Remember to protect it so that it doesn't get damaged.

What is the average life span of Ferflex® wallpapers and magnetic boards on a wall?
Ferflex® products are tough, strong and durable. If properly applied and not intentionally damaged, they can remain in place for many years. Because iron is an inert material, its magnetic power will not be altered by the passage of time.
How do I maintain my wallpaper?
Our wallpapers and magnetic boards can be cleaned with a soft cloth or a slightly damp microfiber. For stubborn marks we recommend adding a few drops of washing-up liquid and rubbing with a soft cloth.
Is it possible to install Ferflex® in a water room or outside?
NO. Like all adhesive papers, Ferflex® wallpapers and magnetic boards do not like water or excessive temperature variations. It is therefore best to avoid these areas, which could cause the product to peel off or curl on the surface. In addition, the iron in our Ferflex® magnetic mounts does not like water, and rust spots may appear.
What type of paint should Ferflex® be painted with?
We recommend that you use multi-substrate paint. We do not recommend using water-based paint because the iron in our wallpapers and magnetic boards does not react with water and rust spots will appear on your Ferflex®. You will find a wide choice of colors in DIY or paint stores.
Are Ferflex® products harmful to my health?
Our magnetic wallpapers and paintings are not harmful to humans because they are loaded with iron which is an inert material. In addition, our adhesive is environmentally friendly thanks to the water-based glue and PVC-free manufacturing.
Do Ferflex® products have an odor?
No. They are odorless and can be used in any room of your home.
Do Ferflex® magnetic wallpapers and pictures let through wifi waves?
YES. You can continue to surf without any problem on the other side of the wall, despite its strong magnetic power, Ferflex® magnetic coatings do not prevent the wifi waves from passing.

How do I install Ferflex® wallpapers and magnetic boards?

On which surfaces can Ferflex® wallpaper or magnetic boards be placed?
We recommend a smooth and non-porous surface: painted walls (matte, satin, velvet), smooth wood, melamine, glass walls and doors, etc. It is imperative that the support is clean, dry and without asperities.
It is not recommended to install Ferflex® magnetic wall coverings on the following surfaces: outside, humid rooms, textured surfaces, i.e. plaster, structured or embossed wallpaper, fiberglass, brick, lacquer paint.
Do I need glue to put up Ferflex® wallpapers or magnetic boards?
No, all our wallpapers or magnetic boards have an adhesive. You can choose between the permanent adhesive or the repositionable adhesive version.
How do I remove the magnetic wallpaper version of permanent adhesive from a wall?
Using a hair dryer, heat your magnetic wallpaper starting from a corner on a vertical or horizontal strip of 5 cm. The heat will reactivate the adhesive and you will be able to peel it off by gently pulling on it. Once this first strip has been removed from your wall, you will need to continue heating the rest to remove the entirety of your permanent magnetic adhesive wallpaper. The permanent adhesive is made to last so we cannot guarantee that when you remove it your wall will not be damaged. The magnetic wallpaper cannot be reused.
How do I rearrange my wallpaper or magnetic board version of repositionable adhesive from a wall?
The removal must be done gently, without exerting rapid and brutal pressure on the product. One side of your wallpaper or magnetic board is removed, then the length or width gradually and delicately, staying as close to the wall as possible, not pulling towards you.
If you move or want to store your Ferflex®, remember to keep the protective film of the adhesive so that the repositionable adhesive does not gather dust. Please note that it is imperative to keep your magnetic board or paper either flat or rolled up on the black side outside, away from light, heat or cold.
If I remove my wallpaper or magnetic board with repositionable adhesive, will it damage my surface?
This product is intended for application on smooth, non-porous interior surfaces: painted walls (matte, satin, velvet), smooth wood surfaces, melamine, glass partitions and doors, etc. However, the application and removal of the adhesive cannot be guaranteed to be 100% risk-free. Please note: when installing on a painted surface, make sure that the quality of the undercoat and the finishing paint is good.
The adhesion of glue is much weaker than that of a permanent adhesive. But although repositionable, glue generates a minimum of tension that can loosen paint chips if it or its coating is not properly done.
Despite the recommendations we give to our customers. Indeed, various elements can enter in account: painting (number of layers of paint, preparation before painting, chipped paint...) humidity, plasterboard. In some cases, it can happen that the paint flakes off like when we remove a piece of tape or tape on a wall for months.

I received my package but some products are missing, what can I do?
We put all the additional accessories in the packaging of the wallpapers or magnetic boards in order to minimize packaging and limit waste. I invite you to gently open your wallpaper or magnetic board and look inside, normally, everything should be there. If this is not the case, you can contact us via the contact form , directly via the website chat or by phone at 05 59 06 64 64 (at the times indicated on our website).
How do I return my order?
You have changed your mind? You can return your order within 14 days after receiving it in perfect condition, in its original packaging and unused at the following address

I received my order, what should I do?
No problem! The easiest way is to contact our team at email@example.com who will give you the steps to follow according to your situation. Remember to give us the order number.
⚠ATTENTION: Once the wallpaper or magnetic board is installed, no refund, exchange or compensation can be considered. So please remember to check the entire order before proceeding with the installation.
What are the delivery times?
The ordered articles are manufactured within a maximum of 1 to 3 days after receipt of the order. All our deliveries are made by DPD or DHL. For DPD, it takes an average of 48 hours (excluding weekends) for the delivery of your package once it has left our workshop. For DHL, it takes an average of 24 hours (excluding weekends) for the delivery of your package once it has left our workshop.
REMINDER: We work with external transport providers. Once the parcels are in their possession, we have no influence on the delays applied or the delivery changes to be made.
Can I change the delivery address?
You can select a delivery address different from the billing address. At step 2 of the shopping cart validation, add and/or check the delivery address and the billing address to be applied on your order. Any modification to be made after the validation of the order will have to be done via the contact form.
Why do I have to pay for delivery?
Ferflex® works with external transportation providers who charge a fee for their services. These costs are not included in the price of the product so that you can choose the mode of transport you prefer. Delivery with DPD in a relay point is offered from 69€ of purchases except promotional code.
What countries do you deliver to?
Ferflex delivers in all France, in the DOM TOM, in Europe. If your country is not recognized, contact the team via the contact form.
Where can I track my package?
When your order is handed over to the carrier, you are informed by email and/or SMS depending on the delivery method selected. You will then receive a reference and a link allowing you to follow the steps of your delivery. It is important to put a valid email and/or phone number for the good progress of the delivery of your order. Please note that this information is not kept by the carrier.
Do you have other carriers?
To date, we work with DPD which offers several delivery options: at home (Predict), at the workplace or in a Pick up point. We also offer an express delivery solution in 24 hours (excluding weekends) with DHL for all orders placed before 1pm from Monday to Thursday. Orders placed after 1pm from Monday to Thursday are produced and shipped the next day. Orders placed on Friday will only be shipped on Monday.
I asked for a delivery in relay point but the parcel is returned to the sender, what to do?
Before the parcel is returned to the sender, several messages (sms and/or email) were sent to you to warn you of its availability in the relay point. Indeed, you have a maximum of 9 days to collect your parcel after which the parcel is automatically returned to the sender.
If you wish a new sending of the expenses of treatment and forwarding will be required of you (approximately 12€ including all taxes (for Metropolitan France) and will be to regulate by CB before the new sending.
If you wish to be reimbursed, a fee of 12€ (including VAT) will be deducted from the amount of the reimbursement to cover the cost of returning the package.
What should I do if one or more Ferflex® products are damaged in transit?
We pay a maximum of attention to the quality of our products and our packaging. If however your order is damaged during transport, we ask you to send us within 3 days via the contact form: Contact us or send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.

When your package is delivered to your home or when you pick it up at the relay point, if you notice that the package is damaged you are entitled to refuse it or to open it in front of the deliveryman or the person present at the relay point in order to notify in writing the damaged and/or missing products. Without this, we will not be able to turn against the carrier and send you back the products in question free of charge.
