For orders delivered in metropolitan France, you have a legal period of legal period of 14 days to return your items from the day you receive your order.

The goods must be returned to us in their original packaging original packaging, in a perfect condition allowing us to resell it.

You are responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend that you use a service that insures your package in case of loss and allows you to track it.

Please notify inside the package your name + first name and order number.

To facilitate refund processing, all returns must first be notified to our customer service department via the contact form
or by telephone on 05 59 06 64 64. Once your request has been validated, you can then return the goods to us.

Upon receipt of the goods, we will check them. If everything is in order, we will refund the purchase price (excluding delivery costs) within 14 days from the day we receive the returned goods. 

If the return conditions are not respected, we will not be able to proceed with the refund.

However, if the reason for the return is due to an error on our part or if the item was damaged on delivery (only if reservations were made on receipt of the parcel) or defective, we will organize the return of the goods at our expense. For return instructions, please use our contact form.

For products delivered outside metropolitan France, we do not guarantee to insure returns even in the case of damaged or defective products.
