You can rub the magnets with an eraser to remove any marks. We attach great importance to the durability and quality of our products. If you wish we can call each other to discuss this. I always find it very interesting to learn more about how our customers use Ferflex products. When we created this product we tried to make sure there were enough letters to make up words.
